EC’s Tumbler Speed Nut. Easy and fast to install, adjust, and remove with the press of a spring loaded button.
Works with 1/4-20 threads, must have 0.90” of exposed thread length to work properly.
To install, press the speed nut button, align the holes and slide the speed nut on the threaded end of your tumbler closure bolt and release the button. The button pops out when locked into the rod threads, if the button hasn’t popped out, twist the speed nut a little and it will align with the threads and pop into place.
The Speed Nut can be twisted to thread up or down for fine adjustment or just press the button to reposition.
